Strategic Project Management & Operations Leader | Commerce & Creative
Hi — I’m Rico. I build operational and strategic infrastructure that helps ambitious technology and creative companies scale. I specialize in taking complex ideas, often at the earliest stages, and translating them into clear priorities, with realistic and manageable pieces that allow high-performing teams to succeed.
Today, I lead Project Management for Commerce Partnerships at NBCUniversal, where I oversee execution and operations for shoppable initiatives across the company’s portfolio. Prior to NBCU, I was the first Product & Operations leader at Scriptation, an Emmy® Award-winning platform, where I helped guide the company through rapid growth and product maturity. I also founded, scaled, and successfully exited a B2B services company focused on solving operational challenges within entertainment production.
Earlier in my career, I spent a decade as a Broadway Stage Manager, an experience that continues to shape how I lead today: calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and relentlessly focused on audience.
At my core, I’m drawn to building things from scratch and turning the “never been done” into pristine repeatable outcomes. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running through Forest Hills, Queens training for my next race.
Currently:
NBCUniversal | Senior Director of Project Management, Commerce Partnerships
Recently:
Bway Printing (Acquired) | Founder & CEO
Scriptation | Director of Product & Operations
NewYorkRep | Founding General Manager
Broadway | Production Stage Manager
The Broadway Map | Creator

Strategic Project Management in Real Time
Last month marked the highly anticipated premiere of The Traitors Season 4, and with it, the launch of a merchandise drop timed precisely to each episode.
What viewers will see is simple: a merch store, live at launch, featuring quotes pulled directly from the show. What they won’t see is the two-year journey it took to get there.
To quote Law & Order: "These are their stories."

Right on the heels of the new year, we’re so excited to celebrate our fourth major release. While 2020 was certainly a whirlwind, it was the year of going paperless, and we were right there with you.
Now we’re excited to bring you our next leap forward… Scriptation 4.0! This new version comes loaded with tools that will save you a ton of time, alongside design and interface enhancements that will make every minute you spend in the app one you’ll enjoy.
